Why The Grand Sultans of Excess

The Grand Sultans of Excess is a non-profit organization, established in 1993, dedicated to the following goals;

• The development of the Mardi Gras Carnival season in Soulard, St. Louis. 
• The economic and cultural development of Soulard and St. Louis, MO.
• The commonwealth of GSOE members.

Buying a ticket does not guarantee admission to the Krewe of The Grand Sultans of Excess as a rider or walker. You will receive an via email which includes membership requirements, GSOE policies, and additional important information if accepted into the organization.
