The Grand Sultans of Excess is a non-profit organization established in 1993, dedicated to the following goals;

• The development of the Mardi Gras Carnival season in Soulard, St. Louis. 
• The economic and cultural development of Soulard and St. Louis, MO.
• The commonwealth of GSOE members.

Buying membership or attending events does not guarantee admission to the Krewe of The Grand Sultans of Excess. If accepted into the organization, you will receive an email that includes membership requirements, GSOE policies, and additional important information.
